Olivia filmed the video from the comfort of her incredible walk-in wardrobe.
She started the post in a nude bra and wide leg grey trousers.
Olivia told fans: “Get ready with me to film my third documentary series Perfect Body.
“I’m interviewing a surgeon today, at his office on Harley Street, so I want to try and look a bit profesh.”
The reality favourite opted for a shirt from Gucci, Jordans and silver jewellery, including something from Cartier.
Olivia played Dua Lipa’s Dance The Night Away in the background.
Many rushed to the comments section to share the love.

It comes after Olivia flashed her bum in see-through leggings and a PVC minidress.
The reality star posted a series of racy snaps on her Instagram account “in the name of research”.
Olivia left her fans hot under the collar with the pictures as she stripped down to her underwear.
She revealed it was all part of her ITVX show called ‘Filthy Rich’ which has returned for a second series.
Attwood told her followers: “All in the name of research.

Olivia tied the knot with Bradley Dack in June.
The pair filmed their special day as part of her brand new four-part reality show, Olivia Marries Her Match.
The couple recently listed their stunning £1million mansion just weeks after tying the knot.
