B&M shoppers have been rushing to buy a garden essential for just 10p that’s been hailed a “bargain”.

The bargain store is selling a massively discounted wooden trellis for £24.90 less than its original price.

Shoppers have been rushing to buy this bargain 10p trellis

A keen shopper spied the item in their local store and was thrilled at the discount.

Posting the find to the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK  Facebook group, they said: “Shelf price £24.99 but scanned at 10p – nice little discount.”

The happy customer also shared a photo of the trellis already set up in their garden.

Likeminded shoppers were quick to comment on the post, remarking on the cheap price.

One simply tagged their pal and wrote “go go go”, while another called it a “good bargain”.

The trellis is approximately 6x2ft in size and comes in a tan colour to brighten up your garden.

It appears to only be available in stores as we couldn’t find it online.

The trellis is only available in B&M stores that sell outdoor furniture, which are usually those with garden centres.

There are 221 B&Ms with garden centres across the country, you can search on Google to find your nearest one.

But it looks like the item is an end of season deal and stock may be limited.

The shopper said that the trellis originally cost £24.99, so this is a whopping 99.6% discount.

He managed to find the bench at the store in Rochdale but it’s worth phoning ahead to your closest shop to find check if it has any in stock.

You can find your nearest B&M using the store locator tool on its website.

Similar items are also available at the discount retailer, you can have a browse on the website for the right size to fit your garden.

Prices start at £2.50 and range up to £21.99.

Shops often reduce items like garden furniture at the end of the summer to clear the way for new season stock.

That means you can often get a big discount on items bought at the “wrong” time of year.

It always pays to compare prices so you know you’re getting the best deal.

The 10p cost at B&M is the lowest prices we found but it’s always worth having a look yourself for the top bargain if you can’t get hold of this particular item.

Prices can also vary day to day and by what deals are on at the time, plus remember you might pay for delivery if you’re ordering online.

You can compare prices on platforms like Google shopping.

Meanwhile, shoppers are also rushing to buy a garden bench that was reduced to £2 instead of £100.
