Bobbi assured them that it was "spot on". However, some questioned why the share box had to be shared, while others joked about devouring the entire box themselves.
Unintended Consequences
Unfortunately for Bobbi, her viral post had unintended consequences. A few days later, she informed her followers that the Chinese takeaway was struggling to keep up with the increased demand caused by her tweet. She wrote, "Just rang the Chinese takeaway to order & they said my tweet has created so much demand they can’t take any more orders tonight." Many people advised her not to reveal her secret, expressing their jealousy and disappointment.
Restaurant Responds to Demand
The restaurant addressed the overwhelming response on their website, expressing gratitude for the support. However, due to limited staff and resources, they had to limit the quantity of share boxes available. They apologized for any inconvenience and suggested customers choose other menu items that are equally delicious. They thanked customers for their support and understanding.
