A former school dropout who was kicked out at the age of 15 has defied the odds to become a millionaire Apprentice winner. Joseph Valente, now 33, won Lord Sugar's hit ITV show in 2015 and has since built a successful business empire. Despite facing setbacks and a failed business venture, Valente has now bounced back and lives a life filled with fast supercars and luxurious holidays.

A Troubled Start

A young Joseph Valente had always shown a knack for entrepreneurship. Inspired by his successful businessman uncle, he knew that the traditional school system was not the path for him. He was a rebellious child and was eventually expelled at the age of 15. However, even at a young age, Valente had already developed a talent for making money and had no interest in pursuing higher education. Instead, he sought out an opportunity to learn from the tradesmen in his community.

From Apprentice to Business Owner

Valente's journey to success took a leap forward when he decided to apply for The Apprentice. He saw the show as a chance to further his business ambitions and impress the judges. And impress them, he did. Valente went on to win the show, gaining a £250k investment from Lord Sugar. However, he soon realized that early success can be dangerous and lead to overconfidence.

Lessons from Failure

Valente's gas firm, ImpraGas, grew too quickly and faced financial difficulties during a harsh winter. Ultimately, the company had to be sold. Despite the setback, Valente did not let failure define him. In 2012, he founded Trade Mastermind, an academy aimed at helping those in the construction industry. Through this venture and other business endeavors, he was able to bounce back and make millions.

A Lavish Lifestyle and Business Success

Today, Valente enjoys the fruits of his labor, living a life filled with luxury. He shares his business advice and extravagant experiences with his 600k followers on TikTok and Instagram. Valente is also known for his love of fast cars, although he prefers to lease them rather than buy, seeing it as a wiser investment. Networking is a priority for Valente, which is why he is now making the move to Mayfair in London. He recently hosted top businesspeople in a luxury villa in Marbella, creating valuable connections and opportunities.

Despite the challenges he has faced on his business journey, Valente remains optimistic and driven. He continues to brush shoulders with other business tycoons and believes that one setback does not define a person's entrepreneurial abilities.
