From Old Bangers to Luxury Cars: Samuel's Journey

Samuel Leeds, a 29-year-old businessman, grew up on a council estate in Walsall, West Midlands. He spent his childhood driving "old bangers" that were always letting him down. But today, he drives a luxury Range Rover and is worth over £10 million.

From Market Stall to Magic Tricks: The Early Years

Samuel's parents, both working-class individuals, separated when he was young. His mother was a mobile hairdresser and his father a gardener, who later became a magician. At the age of 12, he joined his father at a market stall, where he learned about selling tricks. Samuel started mimicking the idea and selling tricks to his school friends for a profit. He also earned money from a paper round and washing cars.

From Plasterer to Property Investor: Seizing Opportunities

After his stepfather, who was an accountant, encouraged him to become a plasterer, Samuel set up his own firm at just 15 years old. While working in the trade, he observed his stepfather purchasing properties and realized the potential for making money in real estate. This sparked his interest in property investment.

Strategy and Success: Samuel's Rise

Samuel learned the ins and outs of property investment through courses and hands-on experience. He started managing properties for free to gain experience and eventually began charging landlords £150 to help find tenants. His strategy involved buying cheap properties, refinancing them, and pulling out the money. Samuel bought his first property under his stepfather’s name for £100,000, refinanced it the same day, and pulled out the money. He then took advantage of the 2009 financial crash to purchase properties from homeowners afraid of negative equity.

Building a Reputation: Buy Low Rent High Ltd

With his newfound success, Samuel set up his company Buy Low Rent High Ltd and attracted over 200 deals. As his reputation grew, he acquired an office and began giving talks on property investment. Over time, he became a cash millionaire and started charging £250 for single-day lessons. In 2017, he made the course free but offered options for paid talks. Samuel's inspiring story and his book, "Do the Possible, Watch God Do the Impossible," gained attention worldwide.

A Family Business and Continued Success

After a brief retirement following the birth of his first child, Samuel teamed up with his brother to create a business. They started booking larger venues for his talks and began giving talks to over 1,000 people. In 2019, the company turned over just under £10 million. Samuel's journey is a testament to the idea that there is always another way, even if traditional paths don't suit someone. For him, property investment transformed his life.
