A Dream Home Funded by a £40 Million Jackpot

A lucky EuroMillions winner, Gareth Bull, used his incredible £40 million jackpot to build a jaw-dropping mansion that is leaving people in awe. After winning the coveted prize in January 2012, Gareth embarked on his dream project four years ago.

A Vision Turned Reality

Gareth transformed his 6,000 sq ft dream home into a stunning masterpiece, complete with luxurious features and impressive amenities. The house includes a programmable wave pool, a state-of-the-art sound system built into the ceilings, three bars, and two hot tubs.

The Perfect Distraction During Lockdown

Gareth credits his mansion project for helping him get through the pandemic and the lockdowns. He personally worked on much of the construction himself, finding solace by focusing his energy on building his dream home. He describes it as the ideal distraction that yielded a great reward.

A Fish Haven and "Lockdown Lake"

During the construction process, Gareth decided to expand a small pond on the property into a two-tennis-court-sized fishing lake, which he lovingly named "Lockdown Lake." He even invited others to rehome their fish in his pond, turning it into a fish orphanage and becoming the caretaker of hundreds of fish.

The Addition of "Lockdown Lodge"

Gareth also built "Lockdown Lodge" alongside the main house. With two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a fully functioning kitchen, this charming addition enhances the overall appeal of Gareth's estate.

A Personal Journey and Ultimate Lockdown Project

Gareth's journey to create his dream home was not without challenges. He started by demolishing half of the existing bungalow on the property, temporarily living in the remaining rooms to keep an eye on the construction site. When lockdown hit in March 2020, Gareth threw himself even more into the project, eventually receiving help from his builder friends. The house became his ultimate lockdown project.

Smart Technology and Luxury Entertainment

Gareth's mansion boasts high-tech features that make everyday living a breeze. With a remote-controlled system accessible from his phone, he can manage the lighting, curtains, music, and even control the ceiling speakers. An 8ft projector screen adds to the entertainment value, perfect for watching sports with friends. Additionally, Gareth installed two hot tubs, one by the house and another unique log-burning hot tub outside the lodge.

A Grand Christmas Move-In

After more than a year and a half of construction, Gareth finally moved into his dream home on Christmas Eve 2020. With a massive 7ft Christmas tree as the centerpiece, the timing couldn't have been more perfect for Gareth's long-awaited moment.

The EuroMillions Jackpot on Friday, September 29, is an incredible £110 million.

A House That Made Dreams Come True

Gareth Bull's extraordinary mansion stands as a testament to what can be accomplished when dreams meet fortune. The jaw-dropping features and meticulous attention to detail make his home a true work of art.
