SHOPPERS are rushing to a major supermarket to browse its massive 50% Black Friday sale.

Black Friday this year will land on November 25 – with many already on the hunt for top deals.

Shoppers have noticed a huge Black Friday sale on at the moment

Shoppers at Asda have noticed a 50% off Black Friday sale in some stores from today, with one posting the finding to social media.

She wrote: “Fantastic Black Friday sale started today in Asda Kirkcaldy!!!! Costs knitwear – cosy cosy!!!

“Better be quick!!!”

And many others were quick with their excitement: “Asda’s actually have the best sales.”

Another wrote: “I’m going to find an Asda today!”

And one more said: “I’m on my way now.”

HOAR has asked Asda which items the sale includes and how many stores are involved – we’ll update this story when we hear back.

In the meantime, you can browse the website for more – just remeber to factor in delivery costs if you’re ordering online.

You can also search “Asda store finder” for your nearest branch if you’re not sure where that is.

But it’s important to remember a deal is only a deal if you intended to buy it in the first place – otherwise you’re not saving any money.

And keep an eye out for deals elsewhere too – you never know where you might find something for less.

There’s a handy comparison site – Trolley.co.uk – which compares the prices of 130,000 products across 14 major supermarkets.

The Latest Deals app also lets you search items and compare prices at several supermarkets to see where it’s cheaper.

For example, it looks like TK Maxx currently has a 60% off deal on some items online.

We found a Crew Clothing mint striped jumper down to £28 from its original price of £85 – that’s 67% off.

And Martin Lewis has also revealed how shoppers can grab a No7 beauty set worth £160 for just £41.

It is currently in stock online and selling for £85 – but the finance expert has urged shoppers to hold out until next month for a better deal.

Martin said: “So don’t buy it now, sorry Boots, wait and hopefully it’ll still be in stock and you can get it cheaper then.”

The Money Saving Expert founder said a half price offer will be available from December 7-24.

You can also use the MoneySavingExpert Christmas and Black Friday deals tool to help you find bargains.

It’s a list of when it expects retailers to drop prices in the days before Christmas.

For example, the site predicts that Lidl will launch its ‘£10 off £40 voucher via newspaper’, which it launched last year on December 9.

But MSE’s list is only a prediction so there’s no guarantee it’s accurate, and remember there are still delivery costs to factor in too.
