Fans Left Devastated as Smiths Cheese Moments Go Missing

Walkers fans have been left devastated as the crisps giant confirmed a beloved flavour won't be seen on shelves ever again. The snack maker apologised to Walkers lovers who said they couldn't locate their favourite Smiths Cheese Moments crisps anywhere.

Outrage on Social Media

Fans of the former flavour took to Facebook to wonder where the beloved flavour had gone. One Facebook user wrote: "Where's the Smiths Cheese Moments? 'Most underrated crisps ever!'" Another posted: "Fancy some cheese moments crisps, why can't Smiths bring them back?" Walkers responded with the news fans feared, stating that they no longer make Cheese Moments.

Change.org Petition Launched

Cheese Moments' rabid popularity has spurred revellers to launch a Change.org petition titled 'Bring back Cheese Moments'. The page has already received hundreds of signatures.

Divisive New Flavour Launch

It comes as B&M shoppers begged Walkers to "bring back the original" after they launched a divisive new crisp flavour. Packets of limited-edition BBQ Pork Ribs have been spotted in the aisles of B&M this week. Some punters were also quick to share snaps of the new crisps online after spotting them in store.

Discontinuation of Marmite Flavour

Elsewhere, Walkers also announced that it had discontinued its Marmite crisp flavour at the end of last year, and it's now slowly disappearing off shelves. Walkers told the Sun they were well aware the flavour was beloved by fans but hoped to pave the way for new flavours.
