DAME Cressida Dick will leave the Met next weekend with a £165,000 severance package.
She announced her exit in February after London mayor Sadiq Khan lost confidence in her amid a string of scandals.
Her deal is mostly six months’ notice plus two months’ salary.
One Tory MP said: “It’s nice work if you can get it.”
Home Secretary Priti Patel and Mr Khan will now work to appoint a successor this summer.

Mr Khan said yesterday the next commissioner “must have a plan to restore the trust and confidence” of Londoners.
Dame Cressida left her £240,000-a-year job after several Met outrages, including the murder of Sarah Everard by serving officer Wayne Couzens.
