GEORGINA RODRIGUEZ has shared a photo on Instagram to celebrate International Women’s Day.
Rodriguez, 28, was also named on a list of the most influential women in the world to mark the occasion.
The Spaniard’s fame has skyrocketed in recent months, with Forbes in Spain featuring the model on the front cover of their March edition.
It follows the release of Netflix show ‘I am Georgina’ – a series dedicated to Rodriguez’s life and rise to fame.
She is no longer known just for dating Cristiano Ronaldo and is a huge personality in her own right – boasting 36million followers on Instagram, more than any other Spaniard.
And taking to the platform on International Women’s Day Rodriguez shared a black and white photo of herself striking a serious pose.
The caption read: “A woman should be two things: who and what she wants.”
In October 2021 Rodriguez also entered the Forbes list of the top 100 influencers.

Alongside her are names like Mónica Morán, María Pombo, Paula Echevarría, Tamara Falcó or Rocío Osorno, who is rumoured to be dating Real Madrid legend Iker Casillas.
ABC Spain have also included Rodriguez as one of the top female influencers in the world, alongside Oprah Winfrey.
The list also recognises Queen Elizabeth II, the Kardashian sisters, Kylie and Kendall Jenner, as well as USA vice-president Kamala Harris.
Rodriguez was honoured to be listed amongst such high-profile figures and shared the article on her Instagram story, alongside a love heart caption.
Rodriguez is expecting twins this month and showed off her huge baby bump while out on a family stroll last week.
