NETFLIX have recreated Prince William’s dingy university dormitory as they prepare to fictionalise his early courtship of Kate Middleton for The Crown.
His sparsely furnished room has just a single bed, a bedside table and a chair.

The recreation of his digs at the University of St Andrews was made at Royal Holloway University of London last week.

Netflix will even recreate the moment Wills turned to a pal when Kate was modelling at a show in 2002 and said “Wow, Kate’s hot”.
The media was banned from covering the future King when he studied a Scottish Master of Arts degree in geography.
But his time at St Andrews will feature heavily in series six of The Crown, out next year.
A source said: “There seems to be no element of the Royal Family’s private life that is private for Netflix.”
