Scilly offers a ton of activities for guests, including boat rides

While at the house, there are a number of family-friendly activities guests can take part in.

On a 1989 visit to Scilly, Charles and Diana were spotted enjoying a cycling ride with a young William and Harry.

Additionally, guided bus, bike, and taxi tours of the islands are offered regularly in and around St Mary’s.

Thrill seekers can also have a go at kayaking, sailing, or paddle boarding. They can also go for a guided sea swim, with an opportunity to get in the water with seals.

There’s also a chance to get on a boat to visit other islands in the area, including uninhabited ones.

History buffs can also see and learn more about shipwrecks, explore burial chambers from the Bronze Age, and get a detailed narration of the history of Scilly.

If all this doesn’t sound too convincing, visitors can relax and be pampered in a luxury spa on Tresco which has an indoor swimming pool, a jacuzzi, and sauna.
