Disturbing new evidence to be presented in court

Lawyers have revealed that disturbing new evidence from one of Prince Andrew's sex accusers will be presented in court this week. The evidence, which relates to Johanna Sjoberg's claims that Andrew groped her breast in 2001 at Jeffrey Epstein's home, is part of legal papers being unsealed on the orders of a judge.

Documents relate to defamation case and Maxwell's involvement

The unsealed documents are part of a 2015 defamation case brought by another of Andrew's accusers, Virginia Roberts, against Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein's former associate who is now in jail. Of the 170 documents being released, 67 concern Ms. Sjoberg and shed light on Maxwell's involvement in facilitating the sexual abuse of young girls with Epstein.

Details of hidden Maxwell email account could be revealed

The unsealed documents also include claims about a hidden email account belonging to Maxwell. These emails could potentially reveal details of her conversations with Prince Andrew. The 30-page summary of Ms. Sjoberg's evidence will be among the documents made public.

Denial of wrongdoing

Prince Andrew has consistently denied any wrongdoing in relation to the allegations made against him.
