Her Majesty said: Although, we would have preferred them to remain full-time working members of the Royal Family, we respect and understand their wish to live a more independent life as a family while remaining a valued part of my family.

Last month it was revealed relations between the two princes were at all time low over Harry and Meghan Markles decision to quit the royal family.

Theyll always love each other as brothers, but right now things have never been so bad. William feels betrayed and let down by Harry.

Harry feels like William and Kate never gave Meghan a chance. And now theyre leaving the country in this state.

The royal source added that Harry moved across the Atlantic because he was determined to protect his young family.
