Coronation Street fans were thrilled to see former co-stars Michelle Keegan and Helen Flanagan together again at the prestigious British Fashion Awards. Helen, 33, shared a photo of the pair cosying up backstage at the event, captioning it "Love you @michkeegan" with a heart emoji.
A stylish reunion
The actresses, who both attended the fashion event held at the Royal Albert Hall in London, posed with their heads together for the cute image. Helen looked stunning in a lacy black gown, while Michelle opted for a chic monochrome dress.
Corrie connections
Helen played Rosie Webster on Coronation Street from 2000 to 2012, with a brief return the following year. Michelle starred as Tina McIntyre from January 2008 until June 2014. Since leaving the soap, both actresses have gone on to have successful careers.
What's next
Michelle, who is married to presenter Mark Wright, has appeared in popular shows like Our Girl, Brassic, and Ten Pound Poms. She will soon be seen in the Netflix thriller Fool Me Once. Helen, on the other hand, has been focused on raising her three children but recently appeared on I'm A Celebrity: South Africa. She will also be playing Miss Scarlett in the stage play Cluedo 2 – The Next Chapter, which will tour UK theaters starting in February.
