EMMERDALE viewers have all said the same thing after Chloe made a big decision about Mackenzie.
There has been plenty of drama between the pair in recent months, after Mackenzie tried to keep their one night stand – and Chloe’s subsequent pregnancy – a secret from future wife Charity.
Mackenzie has told Chloe he wants to share custody of their son
He wants them to live together as a family
But in typical soapland style, the secret came out after their newborn son Reuben was rushed to hospital in May.
Charity and Mackenzie split, and since then, Mackenzie and Chloe have been trying to raise their son together, as well as tentatively seeing if they could make it as a couple.
However, any potential for romance was thwarted last week, when Mackenzie was prime suspect in the case of who pushed Caleb over the gorge which left him in a coma in hospital.
Mackenzie had asked Chloe to give him an alibi but she refused, and started to move her stuff out of the new home they were setting up.
But after Caleb cleared his name and told police it wasn’t Mackenzie – he tried to get Chloe to change her mind.
As they sat on the sofa together, Mackenzie told Chloe Charity was gone for good.
He added: “I had done nothing with my life, nothing that mattered, until Reuben, so if it was ok I would like to get shared custody.
“Obviously it would be much better if you were here too.”
As Chloe tried to joke about him just wanting the child benefit he told her to stop it and said: “I’ve missed you. I want this to work.
“Look, I know that we’ve not had the most conventional of starts, but as it turns out, you’re an incredible mother, you’re even more sarcastic than I am and that’s great, plus you’re insanely hot.
“I hope that’s reciprocated in some way. But if you don’t want me to take the house I won’t, if you want me to go somewhere else…”
When she asked where he would go, he told her: “Anywhere, as long as you came with me.”
They then shared a flirtatious look with one another, and in a later scene, Chloe was seen telling Amy she was off to get her stuff and move in with Mackenzie.
The latest development in their relationship soon got Emmerdale viewers talking on Twitter.
One wrote: “Chloe the bunny boiler, face it Mack really wants Charity.”
Another added: “I bet that kid isn’t Mack’s and he’ll drop Chloe like a hot potato.(She’ll turn out to be a bunny boiler).”
A third tweeted: “We all know Chloe is a bunny boiler!”
