JACKSON Hodge recently reached out to Faye Windass about their daughter and she refused to meet him halfway.
But the choice of meeting Miley is taken away from her when Tim Metcalfe takes action next week in Coronation Street.

The Underworld telesales agent portrayed by Ellie Leach became a mother for the first time as a teenager after she slept with Jackson, a former classmate.
Aware she couldn’t give her daughter the life she deserved, she allowed Jackson’s family to take Miley away from her to Canada and moved on with her life.
Years later, Faye realised she wants to build a family with her partner Craig Tinker but is unable to as she’s going through an early menopause.
Despite her dreams of motherhood, Faye has refused to talk with Jackson when he reached out to her and suggested they meet with their daughter Miley in recent scenes of the ITV soap.
But while Faye isn’t ready to open her life up to Faye, Tim Metcalfe (Joe Duttine) is adamant on meeting his granddaughter.
Coming up on the Manchester-based drama, Faye heads out for the day with Craig while Sally (Sally Dynevor) tells her husband he’s playing with fire by welcoming Jackson and Miley in.
All goes well until Miley recognises Eliza and the pair catch up on the Street – just as Craig and Faye pull up in a cab.
Tim’s heart sinks but how will Faye react?
What will she do when she sees Miley and Jackson?
In later scenes, she turns to her father for a heart-to-heart and Tim tries to talk sense into her.
He points out that if she passes up the opportunity to get to know her daughter, she may regret it for the rest of her life.
But will Faye listen to him?
It seems likely as, later on, Faye is a nervous wreck when Tim allows Jackson and Miley in.
