Loose Ends Remain as Cindy Beale and Secret Siblings Are Revealed

Peter Beale is set to make his return to Walford in next week's EastEnders after the shocking revelation that his mother Cindy Beale is not only alive, but also returning to the Square. The character, played by Thomas Law, is back in the BBC One soap after it was discovered that Cindy had not died while giving birth behind bars in the late 1990s as previously thought.

The Truth About Rose Knight

Cindy was placed in the witness protection scheme after receiving threats from a former inmate. Under the alias Rose Knight, she met George Knight and together they had two daughters, Anna and Gina. However, Cindy eventually left her daughters and settled in France, later reuniting with her ex-husband Ian Beale. Now, Peter Beale finds out that he has two secret sisters and plans to confront them in Walford.

Peter's Shocking Plans

After intercepting a text from Anna on Cindy's phone, Peter confronts Ian and discovers the truth about his secret siblings. Ian pleads with Peter not to tell Cindy, but Peter has other plans. He shocks Ian by revealing that he's booked a ticket on the Eurostar to meet his sisters in Walford.

Peter's Arrival at The Vic

Peter arrives at The Vic, catching his new sisters Anna and Gina off guard. It remains to be seen what he will tell them, but the following day, Bobby finds Peter sleeping on the sofa in their home. Peter vows to help Bobby save the chippy from being sold, but his focus quickly shifts to spying on his sisters at The Vic.

Conflict Ensues

Ben Mitchell, who has a troubled past with Peter, arrives at The Vic and confronts him. Gina reveals Bobby's crush on Anna, prompting Peter to intervene and try to stop their relationship. However, things take a turn for the worse as Peter wakes up with regret and receives a phone call from Cindy sensing something is wrong.

Back in France, Ian convinces Cindy not to leave by promising to make Peter come home. But will he succeed?
