EastEnders character Eve Urwin arrived in Albert Square in 2021.

She is a struck off lawyer, who married Stacey Slater in prison, but is now having an affair with Suki Panesar.

Speaking to HOAR about her character, she said: “She has an edge to her.

“She snaps, as we saw when shiv overstepped the line with Stacey.

She’s ferociously protective of people that she loves and will go to any lengths to support them”, Heather insisted.

“Eve is not afraid to overstep that line if she feels that someone close to her has been hurt.”

What else has Eve’s actor Heather Peace been in?

Away from EastEnders, Eve is best known for her hit role as Nikki Boston in the BBC One school-based drama series Waterloo Road from 2012 to 2014.

Is Eve Unwin leaving EastEnders?

In upcoming scenes on EastEnders, viewers will watch as Suki’s son Vinny plots to kill Eve.

This has caused fans to be concerned that Eve might be leaving Albert Square.

However, the BBC have not said that the character is leaving anytime soon.

In fact, actress Heather spoke exclusively to HOAR about her character’s future, where she spoke about the dark times ahead for Eve.

“It’s awful. She’s literally gone to a place of going back to drinking and having one night stands. I think that’s like a coping mechanism and it’s a bit of a self-destructive thing”, Heather teased.

“In her head she thinks it’s all done and and that’s kind of where we’re at. She does not cope with this very well at all.”
