ALISON Hammond thrilled fans with a guest appearance on Strictly Come Dancing – eight years after competing on the show.
The This Morning presenter revealed her shrinking waist while wearing the same dress she danced in back in 2014.

Alison was reunited with Claudia Winkleman to read out the terms and conditions at the start of the show.
Alison said: “Hi Claudia, darling, how are you doing? Do you like my dress? It’s vintage 2014 Strictly.”
She then gave viewers a dance as she was cheered by the Strictly stars.
“Nasty” judge Criag Revel Horwood was even impressed – giving Alison a ten for her appearance.
A viewer exclaimed: “Alison you’re looking so damn fine on #Strictly tonight!”
Another said: “Alison Hammond stealing the show whilst reading the terms and conditions. Give the girl a 10.”
Someone else added:”Awww Alison Hammond definitely the best T&C’s presenter so far she so good.”
Alison shot to fame when she competed in the third series of then-Channel 4 reality show Big Brother in 2002, and she went on to land a job as a reporter on This Morning in 2003.
In July Alison revealed she had cut out sugar to help her shed the pounds.
She weighed 20 stone at her biggest and started to lose weight after her beloved mother sadly died in 2020.
“Sometimes I look at myself and go, ‘Wow, I am a big girl’. But I like taking up a bit of space,” said Alison on Lorraine Kelly’s podcast.
“I take a little bit of extra space in the world and I don’t think I’m hurting anyone.”
She added: “We’re all going to die eventually. I might die a little bit sooner, but I’m going to live my life to the fullest.
“And if I do die sooner, I’m going to have a fantastic life. I’m going to have a wonderful life. I’m 47 now, I don’t know how long I’m going to go on for.”
