Bobby Brazier and professional dancer Dianne Buswell have expressed their disappointment with the judges of Strictly Come Dancing, claiming that their scoring system is "disheartening and confusing."

Mixed Feedback

During an appearance on the spin-off show Strictly: It Takes Two, Dianne and Bobby discussed their experience on the competition so far and voiced their frustration with the judges' feedback.

Dianne explained that the mixed feedback has made it difficult for her to advise Bobby on how to improve. She said, "As the professional, we're always trying to help our celebrity in any way we can, so taking those judges' comments onboard is something that I always do – but when there are so many different comments, you're like, 'I don't know which way to go or how to help Bobby!'"

She added, "Sometimes it can be confusing for the celebrity, but I guess we just take a little bit from all of them."

Disheartening Scores

Host Janette Manrara noted that Dianne seemed deflated by some of the judges' comments after their impressive Argentine Tango performance. Dianne clarified that it was actually the scores that left her disheartened.

Bobby chimed in, saying, "Especially when the comments are so good. There have been a few times when the comments have seemed really positive and then maybe not reflected in the score."

No Romance Off the Dance Floor

Despite sparking romance rumors with their fiery Argentine Tango, Dianne and Bobby made it clear that their relationship is strictly professional. Dianne joked, "The thing I love so much about dancing is being able to tell a story. It's like acting, isn't it? We obviously did the dance the correct way if that's what's being said (romance rumors) because that is the Argentine Tango."
