Get ready for a shake up to the viewing times for Strictly Come Dancing! BBC bosses have announced that the dancing competition will be streamed earlier than usual this Saturday, November 11. The live show will kick off at 6.05pm, an hour earlier than its usual start time of 7.20pm.

Why the change?

All other Beeb Saturday night primetime shows will be shifted to make way for the Festival of Remembrance, which will be broadcast at 9pm. This shift will allow viewers to watch both the dancing competition and the Festival of Remembrance.

Halfway point drama

This season of Strictly has already been packed with drama. Fans were not happy when Adam Thomas was eliminated from the show, accusing the judges of saving Angela Rippon unfairly. There has also been speculation about a romance between Vito Coppola and Ellie Leach, as Coppola referred to Leach as "my baby". Annabel Croft has also been giving emotional performances despite dealing with the loss of her husband Mel Coleman earlier this year.

Counting down to Blackpool

Host Claudia Winkleman has revealed that the famous Blackpool episode of Strictly is just two weeks away. Stay tuned for more exciting moments on the dance floor!
