Fortnite Downtime: When Will Fortnite Be Back Online?

The highly anticipated LEGO Fortnite mode was announced just a week ago, leaving fans eager to explore the world for themselves. However, Fortnite downtime has already begun, and players are currently unable to access the game. So, when can we expect the servers to return?

Fortnite downtime started on December 7, 2023, at 12am PT / 3am ET / 8am GMT. The servers will go back online once they have been updated with the new Lego Fortnite mode. However, this process will take several hours, and it is unlikely that the servers will return until at least the afternoon. In fact, there is a possibility that the downtime could even last until this evening. The earliest estimated time for the servers to be back online is December 7, 2023, at 4am PT / 7am ET / 12pm GMT.

Fortnite Downtime: What is Lego Fortnite?

When the servers are back online, players will not only have access to the usual Battle Royale and No Build modes, but they will also be able to enjoy the new Lego Fortnite mode. This mode will be separate from the other modes currently available in Fortnite and will focus on gathering materials, crafting, and building. It is expected to feature LEGO-style characters from Fortnite, and building structures will be based on Lego blocks instead of the usual wooden structures. Combat in this mode is rumored to be either limited or non-existent.
