Snow-Themed Raid and Rare Pokémon
The holidays are approaching, and Pokémon fans have something to celebrate. A snow-themed raid is coming to the game, along with the addition of popular and rare Pokémon.
Iron Bundle Raid
The first encounter in the raid will be a special Iron Bundle seven-star raid, exclusive to Pokémon Violet. Players of both Scarlet and Violet can participate in the raid and have a chance to catch the Paradox ‘mon. The raid will be challenging but worth it for the reward.
Limited-Time Availability
The Iron Bundle raid will only be available for a very limited time, from Friday, December 22, 2023, until Sunday, December 24, 2023.
Iron Leaves and Walking Wake Raids
In addition to the Iron Bundle raid, there will be another special raid during the holiday period featuring two super rare Pokémon: Iron Leaves and Walking Wake. These Pokémon were previously only available in limited-time raids and cannot be found in Pokémon Scarlet or Violet. Players will have two weeks, from Monday, December 25, 2023, until Sunday, January 8, 2024, to catch their own Iron Leaves and Walking Wake.
Exclusive Raid Availability
Walking Wake can only be found in Pokémon Scarlet raids, while the Iron Leaves raid is exclusive to Pokémon Violet. To catch both Pokémon, players will need to join raids online or team up with a friend.
Complementing the Indigo Disk DLC
These raids complement the four brand new Paradox Pokémon added in the Indigo Disk DLC. Each game has exclusive Pokémon tied to Perrin's quest, which requires catching 200 different Pokémon. Iron Crown and Iron Boulder are exclusive to Pokémon Violet, while Raging Bolt and Gouging Fire are exclusive to Scarlet.
