ANT and Dec had their “minds blown” over a pen that “had everything” as they filmed I’m A Celeb in Wales.

The Geordie duo shared a video on Instagram last night of them inspecting a pen that boasted a number of hidden gadgets.

The lads looked like a couple of kids at Christmas in the clip that was filmed in a van in Wales.

Dressed in their I’m A Celeb explorer uniforms, Ant, 44, and  Dec, 45, took a break from filming to play with their new toy.

But it was no ordinary pen – as they kept discovering new functions to the stationary that included a screwdriver and a spirit levl.

Looking at it in awe, Dec said: “Amazing pen. A pen, and a ruler, and a spirit level.

“Sorry I’m going to have to take a minute, that’s just blown my mind.”

Ant then showed the pen to a member of the production crew who spotted yet another function.

He shouted: “There’s a flat blade!” and ran to tell Dec who was in the loo.

The pair revealed the inside of their van as they filmed on location in Wales, floral wallpaper, its own toilet and room for a large table and cushioned seats.

They arrived in Wales last week and have been sharing snippets from I’m A Celeb’s new camp at Gwrych Castle – where the show’s 20th series will take place.

The 25-acre site, near the town of Abergele, has come at a hefty price as it has cost them more than £1million to hire for the duration of filming.

Earlier this month HOAR revealed that millions have been spent to make sure that the celebrities are ok to stay in the castle for the duration of the show.

Crew have been transforming the castle over the past weeks and have installed electrics and running water

They have installed electrics, hundreds of yards of pipes for running water and even repaired the crumbling towers.

Builders have erected temporary coverings, using extra-strong plastic, over what will become the main camp for contestants.

There is also an unsheltered section of the haunted castle, where a campfire will be allowed.
