Hollyoaks actor Nick Pickard, known for his role as Tony Hutchinson, was all smiles as he left the jungle and checked into a lavish hotel in Surfers Paradise. He became the fourth celebrity to be evicted from this year’s I’m A Celebrity series. Despite rumors of a fix, Nick seemed unfazed as he posed for photos with his partner Sarah Corrin outside the hotel.

Fix Rumors and Accusations of Bias

Following Nick’s eviction, viewers accused the network of bias, claiming that they were protecting This Morning presenter Josie Gibson, who was also in the bottom two. Fans took to social media to express their frustration, questioning whether Josie’s position in the show was due to her association with ITV. However, Nick appeared to be focused on the positive aspects of leaving the camp, mentioning that he was glad to be out and looking forward to enjoying the next six days in the beautiful surroundings.

Candid Interview on Good Morning Britain

During an interview on Good Morning Britain, Nick discussed his time in the jungle and his feelings about leaving. He described the experience as overwhelming but also expressed his relief at being out. He mentioned that while part of him would have liked to make it to the final, the other part was counting down the days and looking forward to some time in a lovely place before attending a party and returning home.

Tough Challenges in the Jungle

Nick’s exit from I’m A Celebrity followed a challenging task called Critter Mixer, where he was strapped inside a rotating drum with JLS singer Marvin. He admitted that it was the worst challenge he had faced, mainly due to the bites and his discomfort in cars. Despite the difficulties, he maintained a positive attitude and thanked the show’s hosts, Ant and Dec, for the experience.

Last night’s eviction caused a stir among fans who took to social media to express their disappointment and frustration. Many labeled the result a “fix” and questioned the network’s motives for keeping certain contestants in the competition. However, Nick seemed to take it all in stride as he enjoyed his newfound freedom and the luxury of his hotel stay.
