I’m A Celebrity star Josie Gibson was seen carrying her son Reggie through London’s Heathrow Airport as the jungle stars finally arrived home in the UK. After spending three weeks in the Australian jungle, Josie had promised not to leave her five-year-old for an extended period of time again.
A heartwarming reunion
Josie looked happy and fresh-faced as she stepped out into the cold air at Heathrow Airport, holding Reggie close. She wore a black beanie and coat, and was joined by her best friend Mia, who was also returning home. Josie’s fellow campmate, Fred Sirieix, was also on the same flight and seemed to have battled jet lag. He took a moment to give Mia’s son a hug before saying their goodbyes.
Ending the camp feud
During their time in the jungle, Fred received criticism from viewers for his behavior towards Josie regarding cooking duties. However, it seems that the feud has been put to bed as the airport scene showed a rosy picture of Fred and Josie standing together while his fiancée watched on. Hollyoaks legend Nick Pickard was also seen at the airport, all smiles as he pushed his luggage-laden trolley.
Despite the controversy, Fred has expressed his willingness to apologize to Josie if she was offended by his comments. It remains to be seen how the rest of the jungle stars will adjust to life back in the UK and if any further drama will unfold.
