Lewis was born in London on March 23, 1992, which makes him 27-years-old.
He is known for being a tennis player and started the sport when he was aged seven.
Lewis hit the spotlight when he started dating Caroline Flack.

When did Caroline Flack and Lewis Burton start dating?
The pair went Instagram official with their relationship in August 2019, when Lewis shared a picture of her kissing him on the cheek.
He captioned it with: “Self-confessed Caroline Flack.”
During their relationship they were snapped on numerous nights out and exotic holidays.
Why was Lewis Burton banned from seeing Caroline Flack?
Caroline was charged with assault following a clash with Lewis on December 12, 2019.
During her first appearance in court she was told by the judge that she was banned from contacting Lewis while the case was ongoing.
Lewis wanted the assault charge dropped, but the day before her death Caroline was told by the CPS the trial would be going ahead in March 2020.
How has Lewis paid tribute to her after her death?
On February 16, 2020, the day after Caroline died, Lewis posted on Instagram a tribute to his late love.
He revealed he was “in so much pain” after she took her own life.
He wrote: “My heart is broken we had something so special.
“I am so lost for words I am in so much pain I miss you so much I know you felt safe with me you always said.
“I dont think about anything else when I am with you and I was not allowed to be there this time I kept asking and asking.
“I will be your voice baby I promise I will ask all the questions you wanted and I will get all the answers nothing will bring you back but I will try make you proud everyday.
“I love you with all my heart
