CUSTOMERS have been left furious after suffering with Tesco Clubcard issues, preventing them from exchanging their points before last night’s deadline.
Tesco customers have been left furious after the supermarket giant’s app was still not letting people exchange their points for vouchers.
One shopper said: “!Tesco Clubcard voucher system still not working.. and the extended deadline for 3x is now passing… THIS SUCKS.. Have tried 3 days in a row Why no update on social media??”
The points were previously worth triple their normal value – £1.50 worth of points increased to £4.50 in value.
But now the points have changed to just double – so £1.50 worth of points is now worth £3.
