Subway Loyalty Scheme Change
Subway has announced a significant change to its loyalty points scheme and is warning fans that they could lose out on points if they don’t act quickly.
What You Need to Know
Customers have limited time left to use their points before Subway shakes up its rewards scheme. Currently, customers can collect points by scanning their app or card at the till when making a purchase.
Points Redemption
For every pound spent, customers can receive 10 loyalty points if registered on the app, or five points if the card is not registered. Points can be saved up for free food items.
Act Now!
The Subway App and Subway Rewards card will become unusable from May 14, with any points balance becoming unredeemable. Fans are urged to log onto the app, check their points balance, and redeem them as soon as possible.
Customer Reactions
Many users who rushed to redeem their points shared their excitement in the comments section, with some mentioning getting free Footlongs and other rewards.
Subway's Statement
A spokesperson for Subway emphasized the importance of redeeming points before the new Subway Rewards programme launches on May 15, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to enjoy their rewards.
Additional Offer
In addition to the loyalty scheme update, Subway will be offering children a free Subway’s Kids’ Meal with the purchase of any footlong sub, including a mini sub and a drink.
