JEFFREY Epstein set up a meeting between the head of a US bank and Prince Andrew at Buckingham Palace, US court documents suggest.

The paedophile appears to have arranged the dinner between Jamie Dimon, the chief executive of JPMorgan, and the Duke of York in 2013 — three years after Andrew said he had ended his friendship with Epstein.

US court documents suggest that Jeffrey Epstein arranged a dinner between JPMorgan head Jamie Dimon and Prince Andrew at Buckingham Palace

The Duke and Mr Dimon enjoyed performances by the Royal Philharmonic and the English National Ballet.

At the time Epstein had served 15 months in jail for soliciting underage girls for sex.

The dinner also sparked criticism from Labour MP Keith Vaz at the time who said that it was inappropriate as Buckingham Palace was the ‘home of the Queen’.

The Palace said at the time that the event was a chance for Andrew to ‘engage’ with international chief executives about what Britain has to offer.

The court filings were revealed as part of a case brought against Epstein by the US Virgin Islands.

Its government alleges that JPMorgan ignored red flags about Epstein and enabled his sex-trafficking operation, claims the bank denies.

Among the other revelations in the new documents was that Epstein introduced former JPMorgan boss Jes Staley to Google co-founders Sergey Brin and Larry Page in 2011.

By 2011 Epstein became the ‘biggest revenue producer’ for JPMorgan’s private bank and was known as the ‘advisor to the Google founders’, the documents state.

Mr Brin’s relationship with the bank brought in more than $4 billion in business, it is claimed.

Andrew’s lawyer did not return requests for comment.
