Kate Middleton, the Princess of Wales, underwent a successful abdominal surgery on Tuesday and is said to be "doing well." The nature of the surgery has not been disclosed due to her medical privacy. Prince William Steps In
Prince William has cancelled his top-secret plans and is taking on more parental duties while Kate recovers.
