THE Duke of Sussex has been hit with a major blow as the courts rejected his latest security bid.
Prince Harry has been attempting to sue the Home Office over their refusal to use taxpayers’ money to provide him and Meghan Markle with security.
Harry was stripped of the police security afforded to working members of the Royal Family following Megxit – when he and wife Meghan Markle stepped down from their official roles and moved to the US. But the High Court concluded yesterday that he could not seek a judicial review over the ruling made in 2020.
Meanwhile, a conservative think tank calling for Harry to return to the UK over reported issues surrounding his visa has slammed the couple.
Speaking to the Telegraph, Kevin Roberts of the Heritage Foundation accused Harry and Meghan of “spewing nonsense” and called on them to return to the UK.
