EXPOSED for her affair with Liam Cavanagh, Wendy Posner is trying her best to make it up to Bob Hope.
But when things come to a head next week in Emmerdale, the nurse played by Susan Cookson makes a big decision.

Heartbreak knocked on Bob Hope’s door when Bernice Blackstock (played by Samantha Giles), whom he has felt an attraction to in the past, told him that Wendy had been having an affair with Liam.
Wendy was eventually confronted and had to come clean about her illicit romance with Liam (Jonny McPherson).
However, things are far from settled in the ITV Dales and, next week, Bob is still harbouring hard feelings about the pair sneaking around the village behind his back.
Before long, Liam’s stunned when Wendy arrives at Liam’s house to hand in her notice of resignation.
Grateful for Liam’s understanding, Wendy is ready to turn over a new leaf away from the GP surgery and keen to repair her relationship with Bob.
Unfortunately, things are set to take another nasty turn when Bob and Liam have a public altercation.
After another run-in with Archie Sharma and his football outside the B&B, a grumpy Bob launches his football into the air.
He becomes distracted when he notices Wendy and Liam leaving Tenants cottage together.
Seeing red, he assumes their affair is on-going and punches Liam in the face, hellbent on revenge.
Despite the villagers’ best efforts to calm him down, Bob lobs the ball at Liam.
Then panic sets in the eponymous village as Bob suffers a heart attack.
The B&B owner is soon rushed to hospital in an ambulance but the blame game begins and both Wendy and Liam feel terrible.
Wendy is relieved the following day when Bob starts to stir in his hospital bed.
He’s emotional as he recalls his heart attack.
Mustering all her strength, Bernice encourages Brenda Walker (Lesley Dunlop) not to blame Wendy and focus on Bob’s health instead.
At the hospital, Liam tentatively apologises to Bob for his affair with Wendy.
