PHIL TAYLOR has hinted that his next career move could be a stint in the I’m A Celebrity jungle.

But the darts legend will not be showing off any glitterball moves after ruling out an appearance on Strictly Come Dancing.

The Power eyes the jungle

Phil Taylor, known as 'The Power', is considering a venture into the world of reality TV. The darts legend, who is arguably the greatest dartsman in history, has expressed interest in joining the cast of ITV's I'm A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here.

During his illustrious career, Taylor won a record 16 World Championships and 85 major titles. After retiring in 2018 and briefly returning to the sport last year, the 63-year-old is set to retire once again, but not before exploring new opportunities.

Strictly not for him

Although Taylor is open to new challenges, he is less keen on BBC's Strictly Come Dancing. He believes the show wouldn't present any challenges that he couldn't handle and doesn't think they would put anything in the show that would hurt him. However, he is willing to give I'm A Celebrity a shot.

Taylor's manager, Bob, will handle the negotiations and discussions regarding Taylor's potential appearance on reality TV.

When asked about Strictly Come Dancing, Taylor said, "I'm not so sure about Strictly, although it would do me the world of good and get me fit."

Taylor previously expressed his interest in joining the jungle cast, stating that if asked and if it fits into his schedule, he would love to give it a try.
