During his appearance on It Takes Two last night, Johanne’s wardrobe choice certainly got BBC viewers talking.
The professional dancer who is partnered up with comedian and presenter Ellie Taylor on this year’s competition stunned fans in an oversized white shirt, paired with pinstriped print trousers and a bright coloured, patterned handkerchief around his neck.
He finished off his look with bright orange-tinted sunglasses that really made him standout.
Fans of the show felt Johanne looked more like an “art teacher” than a professional dancer.
Taking to Twitter to share their thoughts, one fan wrote: “Loving the cool art-teacher vibes of Johannes’ outfit today.”
Another chimed in: “I can’t decide if Johannes is going for the artist-in-smock look, or Katherine Hepburn.”

Johanne’s bold outfit choice comes after Craig Revel Horwood gave an “outrageous” low score for him and his partner Ellie Taylor.
The judges scores came in and Craig started proceedings with a shockingly low three.
While the other judges gave better scores, the couple were left with just 22 points.
