Netflix has a hidden perk that only 1% of subscribers are taking advantage of – a free gaming library. And now, Netflix has added an incredible game with a 90+ rating to its collection, worth almost £45.
A highly-rated roguelite adventure
The game in question is Dead Cells, an incredible roguelite adventure that has received a 91 rating from review aggregate site Metacritic. It's described as a "rogue-lite, metroidvania inspired, action-platformer" where players explore a sprawling, ever-changing castle and engage in 2D souls-lite combat. The game offers no checkpoints, prompting players to learn from their mistakes and improve with each attempt. Dead Cells also regularly receives free content updates.
Free game and DLC
Not only is Dead Cells available for free on Netflix, but all of its DLC is included as well. The game comes with five expansion packs, each adding new areas and levels to the already substantial gameplay experience. Some of these DLC packs have received ratings as high as 92.

Dead Cells will be added to the Netflix service on Tuesday, October 31, 2023, just in time for Halloween. It will remain available for the foreseeable future, giving subscribers ample time to enjoy the game.
