The former rugby ace turned heads by flirting with a stunning brunette behind the back of the shows pin-up judge.
Revellers looked on as the hunk beamed for joy dancing behind an admirer who wiggled her bum at him.
The duo took to the floor and only had eyes for each other as No Diggity by Blackstreet and Dr Dre blasted out.
Footage captures the moment Thom, in jeans and dark top, staggered onto the floor of the busy pub to flail his arms behind the sexy admirer.
One onlooker said: Thom didnt seem to care who saw him. He was transfixed by this stranger and they flirted openly without a care in the world.”
Nicole, 41, is said to be smitten with Thom, 34, and planning to spend Christmas with him.
But drinkers at The Ship pub in Wandsworth, South West London, were open-mouthed by Thoms antics on Sunday evening.
One witness said: The woman was shaking her bum towards Thom and he was loving it.
Nicole deserves to know hes been openly flirting with some other woman.

Show insiders previously told HOAR how the pair flirted and texted for weeks before Thom, 34, finally asked out singer Nicole.
An ITV source said: Thom is completely Nicoles type. And for his part, Thom was smitten early on hes always said Nicole is one of the most beautiful women in the world.
“He fancied her long before meeting her on the show. And after weeks of texting, Thom finally plucked up the courage to ask her out, and took her for dinner.”
Thom, who admitted on TV: Who wouldnt want to date Nicole because shes lovely, has dated a series of beautiful women including pin-up Kelly Brook, actress Jessica Lowndes and reality TV star Caggie Dunlop.
But after his antics on Sunday night, Nicole may well now choose to steer well clear.
