The campmates on I’m a Celebrity faced their worst fears in a terrifying trial last night, but unfortunately, they didn’t come out on top. Five of them managed to bring home only four stars between them, as they encountered snakes, cockroaches, spiders, and rats.
Josie Gibson Quits Over Her Fear of Spiders
One of the stars, This Morning presenter Josie, couldn’t handle her fear of spiders and ultimately quit the trial on Thursday night. As she sobbed, Ant and Dec comforted her, and she expressed her petrifying fear of spiders. Josie later said, “I was hoping I might be able to get rid of that fear.”
The Barbaric Barbershop Trial
The trial, called Barbaric Barbershop, involved the five celebrities sticking their heads inside boxes filled with creepy crawlies. They had to use their tongues to unscrew broken pieces of stars and then use them as puzzle pieces to form complete stars in their armrests.
Josie’s Regret
After the ordeal, Josie told Nella Rose that she felt embarrassed for pulling out of the trial. She was visibly upset by her inability to face her fear of spiders.
