Shoppers in the UK are flocking to M&S to take advantage of incredibly low prices on essential items. From biscuits to tea to baby food, customers have found items scanning for as little as 7p. One savvy shopper even shared her finds on Facebook.

Massive food haul for pennies

In the Extreme Couponing And Bargains UK Facebook group, one shopper posted pictures of her massive food haul from M&S. She managed to purchase coffee for 60p, nuts for 37p, raspberry biscuits for 41p, shortbread biscuits for 50p, choc digestives for 25p, and nut bars for 23p. Unfortunately, some items, like the 240 gold teabags, were already sold out. They were priced at just 63p.

Excitement and compliments on the bargains

The shopper's Facebook post garnered hundreds of comments from fellow bargain hunters. One user mentioned finding similar deals at the Mansfield M&S, while another suggested saving the biscuits for Christmas. Others expressed excitement and offered compliments on the great finds.

Speculations on the reason behind the cheap prices

Shoppers have been speculating on why these pantry staples were sold at such low prices. One theory is that M&S is clearing shelves in preparation for Christmas stock. Another possibility is that many of the items were close to their expiration dates, prompting the store to quickly sell them off.
