Nestle responds to disappointed fans

After receiving backlash from disappointed fans, Nestle quickly responded with an apology and an explanation. They stated that sometimes, due to circumstances beyond their control, they have to replace one sweet with equally delicious alternatives. This admission confirmed that there was indeed a shortage of Coconut Éclair, but assured fans that they didn't receive any less treats in their tubs.

Fans question the shortage

Some fans weren't satisfied with Nestle's response and questioned the situation further. They wanted to know if the shortage led to an increase in other varieties of sweets in the tubs. Nestle admitted that this was the case and apologized once again for the inconvenience. They encouraged fans to reach out to them with the best before date and codes from the packaging so they could assist further.
