Birth and Private Life

Savannah Phillips was born on December 29, 2010, in Gloucestershire Royal Hospital. Her full name is Savannah Anne Kathleen Phillips. She is the eldest child of Peter Phillips, Queen Elizabeth II's grandson, and his ex-wife Autumn. Despite her senior royal relatives, Savannah, along with her younger sister Isla Phillips, leads an incredibly private life on the Gatcombe Estate in Gloucestershire. Her father, Peter, is the late Queen's eldest grandchild and the only son of Princess Anne.

A Favourite Grandson

Royal insiders have previously revealed that Peter was his grandmother's "favourite" grandson. However, neither Peter nor his sister Zara Tindall have carried out royal duties despite being members of the Royal Family.

The Divorce and Co-Parenting

Peter Phillips and Autumn Kelly met at the Formula 1 Grand Prix in Montreal in 2003 and got married in Windsor Castle on May 17, 2008, following in the footsteps of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. However, in February 2020, the couple announced their divorce, stating that it was the best decision for their children. Their divorce was finalized in 2021, with both emphasizing their commitment to prioritizing the well-being and upbringing of their daughters, Savannah and Isla.

Royal Lineage and Canadian Citizenship

Savannah Phillips, as the Queen's great-grandchild, is also related to King Charles as her great-uncle. She is 18th in line to the throne and is the first royal child in history to be included in the order of succession while also holding dual Canadian citizenship.

The Sibling: Isla Phillips

Savannah has one sibling, Isla Elizabeth Phillips. Isla, born on March 29, 2012, is a year and a half younger than her older sister. She is the 19th in line to the throne, just behind Savannah. Isla's middle name is believed to be in honor of her late great-grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II.

Not a Princess

Due to ancient royal rules, neither Savannah nor her sister Isla hold the title of princess. Princess Anne and her ex-husband, Captain Mark Phillips, did not have titles, which means their children and grandchildren are also ineligible for titles.
