MEGHAN Markle’s jewellery designer pal has been ordered by Buckingham Palace to remove photos of the Duchess of Sussex wearing her pieces to promote her business.

According to The Mirror, California-based designer Jennifer Meyer, 42, allegedly breached a non-disclosure agreement by posting pictures of Meghan wearing her jewellery.

What’s more, Jennifer also reportedly boasted that she “can’t get enough” of Meghan wearing her pricey necklaces, rings and earrings and the two became friends when the Duchess was still starring in legal drama Suits.

A royal source told the Mirror: “Jennifer Meyer has been told to remove the images and in no uncertain terms how damaging this could be for Meghan and the Royal Family.”

The Duchess of Sussex has worn several of Jennifer’s designs during royal events over the past year – including Archie’s introduction to the world, the family’s meeting with Archbishop Desmond Tutu in South Africa and when she cheered Serena Williams on at the US Open.

The official Instagram account for Jennifer Meyer Jewellery – which boasts over 438,000 followers – then shared images of the Duchess wearing her designs immediately afterwards and links to where customers could shop the pieces online.

And when the Duchess wore her 650 “mummy” necklace to a climate change speech in Birmingham the following month, the brand also used it as another opportunity to flog the expensive piece to their followers.
