New E4 and Competitive Circuit
Players will encounter an E4 with Pokémon in the 80s, featuring teams commonly seen on the competitive circuit. Managing these more difficult teams and items will require strategic thinking.
New Safari Zone-style Area
The Indigo Disk introduces a Safari Zone-style area with various terrains, housing Pokémon from all over the world. Exploring this new region, known as the Terrarium, promises to be an exciting adventure.
Improved Traversal and Flying Mini-Game
Koraidon and Miraidon will receive a new ability to aid in traversing the world. Additionally, players can look forward to a new flying mini-game, allowing them to soar through the new area.
Performance Upgrades and Launch Date
While the Indigo Disk brings many enhancements, it appears that performance upgrades may not be a significant focus. Despite this, fans can still anticipate an immersive and thrilling gameplay experience. The Indigo Disk will be available on December 14, 2023, and players will need to have completed both the main game and The Teal Mask DLC to access it.
